Early voting for the November 6, 2018 primary is October 23-30 (except Sunday, October 28) from 8:30 a.m., until 6:00 p.m. each day at the Registrar of Voters office located on the 1st floor of the Government Tower building at the corner of Main and Gabasse.

The Indexing Department is located on the 2nd Floor of the Clerk of Court’s Office.

The Indexing Department is responsible for the indexing of all documents recorded in the Clerk of Court’s Office, including all Conveyance, Mortgage, and other miscellaneous documents.
All original documents are sent to the Indexing Department where they are checked for accuracy and indexed. The documents are then sent to the Map Department for binding.
The Indexing Department is also responsible for maintaining and keeping current the printed Indicies for public viewing.
