IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ExpungementS
THE FORMS FOR EXPUNGEMENTS ARE THE ONLY RECOGNIZED FORMS FOR FILING AN EXPUNGEMENT. MOTIONS FOR EXPUNGEMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THEY ARE NOT ON THE PROPER FORMS. PLEASE REFER TO THE LINK ABOVE FOR EXPUNGEMENT FORMS.
- ALL FEES ARE DUE AT TIME OF FILING.
- ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- ALL EXPUNGEMENT FORMS MUST BE PRINTED ON LEGAL SIZE PAPER.
The Bureau of Criminal Identification requires that you must file a separate Motion for each separate arrest. If there is more than one charge stemming from an arrest, you need only file one Motion.
