The Criminal Processing Department is located in the basement of the Clerk of Court’s Office.
Our office will not accept facsimile (fax) filings in criminal matters, juvenile or non-support matters.
All minutes from criminal proceedings held in the 32nd JDC are processed, docketed, and calendared by the Criminal Processing Department.
The Criminal Department issues subpoenas, bench warrants, sends notice of judgment to the bondsman and bonding company when Judgments of Forfeiture have been rendered, expunges criminal and traffic records, and conducts criminal background searches for a fee.
Motions for Expungements in all criminal matters are also filed and processed in this department.
